(AP) New York- A study conducted by the Immigration Policy Center of Washington and the Center for American Progress states that Immigration reform would generate approximately 1.5 billion dollars in GDP during the next ten years.
The article suggests that with the legalization/naturalization of the millions of undocumented immigrants present in the United States would result in a significant amount of growth within the United States' economy.
This could well hold to be an effective argument when drafting upcoming and considered immigration reform plans.
